Please find attached the brochure of the 5th edition of Global Exhibition on Services (GES) 2019, to be held at Bengaluru, India from 12-14 September 2019.
GES 2019 is organized by Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India in partnership with the Services Export Promotion Council (SEPC) and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).
Recognizing the importance of this sector, the first edition of GES was Inaugurated in 2015 by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, with an objective of providing a global platform for increasing trade in services, enhancing strategic cooperation and strengthening multilateral relationships between all stakeholders to explore new business avenues. The subsequent editions were inaugurated by the then President of India in 2016, 2017 and 2018. GES 2018 was a huge success with participation from about 100 countries, 500 overseas delegates, over 628 exhibitors and more than 7000 structured B2B Meetings.
The Hon'ble President of India unveiled a new brand identity as Champion Sector for the services sector launched at the inaugural session. These sectors include some of the largest and most critical sectors with the highest potential for global trade and investment, growth and employment. The Champion Sectors include:

GES 2019 proposes to focus on Services sector excellence to expand its global footprint and provide an ideal platform for showcasing services sector opportunities to Indian as well as Global counterparts. This platform will be leveraged to strengthen these ties and explore new opportunities in the services sector.
